USAID Tuwajali Watoto Project is a technical assistance project funded by PEPFAR through USAID to improve the health status of pregnant and breastfeeding women, HIV-exposed infants, children, and adolescents living with HIV in Tanzania. It does this by increasing access to quality and comprehensive child-centered healthcare and support. The project uses a family-centered approach to address immediate HIV and TB needs that prevents Tanzania from achieving equitable epidemic control.
